How does the subscription work?

You simply choose the size of the bouquet you wish to receive each week, and when you want it delivered, and we take care of the rest!

I would like to sign up, but I don’t want to get flowers every week. Can I sign up for a part-time or bi-weekly subscription?

We only offer weekly subscriptions right now, but you can go to your account page and manually pause the weeks that you would like to skip.

What are my delivery options?

We currently make all of our deliveries on Thursdays, but you can choose to have your bouquet delivered during the day (8am-6pm), or in the evening (5-9pm). You will receive an email when your delivery has been completed.

How much does the service cost?

The price that you pay each week will depend on the size and number of bouquets that you choose. A small bouquet is $35 and a large is $55. You also have the option of ordering any combination of multiple bouquets, if you want to receive even more flowers!

When will I be charged for my weekly subscription?

Orders are locked in at 11pm EST on Saturday night for the following Thursday's delivery. Your card will be charged on the Sunday before delivery. Please make sure to login and pause any delivery that you would like to skip before orders are locked in.

Are there any additional charges?

We include all taxes and delivery fees in your monthly subscription price. The total price you’ll be charged for each bouquet is the price displayed.

Are the flowers fresh?

Of course! We receive all of our flowers on Wednesday, the day before we deliver to you. This gives us just enough time to pick out the best flowers for each bouquet and pack them up, so that we can get them to you while they are still at their best! You might notice that some of the blooms are still tight when you receive your delivery. This is because the flowers are so fresh that some of them might not have opened yet. They’ll open fully within a couple of days, letting you enjoy the flowers at their peak all weekend, and into the following week.

How are the flowers packaged?

We pick out a beautiful mix of blooms and secure them in a loose, un-constructed bouquet. The stems are secured in a special moistened wrap that will continue feeding the flowers while they are in transit to you, keeping them looking fresh. You’ll get an extra packet of flower food which will extend the life of the cut flowers and help them stay looking good in your home for as long as possible.

Is there a vase included?

No. We don’t want you to pay more for a cheap vase, when you probably already have some great options at home. By not including a vase, we’re able to put more of your subscription price into getting you more of the best flowers each week!

Are the flowers arranged?

We try to make the flowers look great in the bouquet, so that when you open your box you’ll be greeted with the beauty of all of the blooms. That said, we encourage you to get creative and experiment with arranging your flowers in different ways! We keep the stems as long as possible, so that you have more options, and can trim the length of each to work best in your arrangement. On delivery day, we’ll send you an email with some info on your flowers as well as a few tips on arranging them.

How do I care for my flowers?

When you unpack your bouquet, trim each stem (as little as a half inch, but as much as you want to fit your arrangement). Use a sharp clipper, knife, or scissor to make a clean cut. Remove any leaves that will fall below the water-line in your container. After trimming, you’ll want to get the stem into the solution of water and flower food as quickly as possible to avoid getting a lot of air in the stem. Re-trimming the stems and freshening the water every few days will keep your flowers looking their best!

How do I cancel my subscription?

There are two options: you can suspend your subscription indefinitely by logging in to your account, going to the "Flower Selection" tab, and selecting zero bouquets. You won't receive any more flowers until you re-enable your subscription by selecting one or more bouquets.
